
Random 50: I had an amazing discovery today, that somehow I'm capable of pushing myself to the limit. The limit that I thought was so predictable. But when I ran 10 laps (around 55-60 meters per lap, I'm not really sure, haha!) for 33:50, compare to last week's 8 laps and 31:40. I think I made a big difference considering how lazy and fragile my body is. I also didn't vomit or anything after I ran, compare last week that I almost collapsed. So I rewarded myself with a Mang Inasal meal, Halo halo from Razons and yummy Chicken something for dinner, and Milk tea and more on later.. :>
